Each piece carries the flavorful essence of fruit. Reader Reviews When I was growing up in the 70's, these candies were always a special treat that my grandmother used to purchase for me, and back then we referred to them as Mini Fruits. They were a real favorite: especially the pear and plum flavors. The bananas and oranges were darn good, too, and the lemon was just sour enough to make your mouth pucker a little! The hard coating was tasty, but getting into the softer center was even better; these were candies to savor. As I got older they got increasingly harder to find, so it is awesome to see them available here again. Do not confuse these with the crap you find in vending machines in the grocery store, etc.; this stuff is the best! |
