(As I write this, anyway.) I wonder if even Amazon knows how good this deal is? You can actually pay more for them at Amazon. Go figure! As for the candies themselves; don't fret the "sugar free" label. They are absolutely delicious. Really! Far more tasty than anything that I've ever had that was labled "sugar free". They're actually better than sugar free; some of the flavors use Xylitol which is some magical version of a sugar that actually tricks the tooth decay causing bacteria into starving. They think that Xylitol is their favorite and go crazy eating it (or whatever it is that bacteria do) but then they starve to death because it has zero nutritional value to the them -- which, if I understand correctly -- is not true for all "sugar free" replacement sweeteners. Bottom line: delicious candies at a comparitively super price! |
