Smarties are a wonderful candy. Not too sweet, enough in a roll to feel you've had a snack, yet broken up into pieces so you can make them last. They have a wonderfully powdery feel to them, and they're NOT tart like Sweetarts.

BUT after saying that, I would not buy the assorted mix again. Not only does it come with the original candies, it comes with Tropical Smarties, Smarties that turn into gum, big Smarties that look like coins, etc. The consistency changes, the flavors change (not always to my liking). If you're looking for the original candies - get that bag - not the 'mix'.
