I am very glad I can buy a supply and make exquisite dessert cakes in a matter of minutes. Reader Reviews These mixes are nice to have on hand quite easy to make I like to add a little vanilla to the basic mix to intensify the flavor a bit. It is easy to add other ingredients such as poppy seeds or dried fruit to make flavored pound cakes. This mix is not overly sweet and cakes come out a bit dryer than some.
