Betty Crocker Warm Delights, Molten Chocolate Cake, 3.35-Ounce Bowls (Pack of 16) I initially purchased this product at the grocery store for about twice the price and instantly discovered that it is extremely addicting. If you like chocolate cake and fudge, you'll probably love Molten Chocolate Cake. The one caveat is that the instructions indicate you should spread the fudge on top of the cake so you don't really get a center filled with fudge as with real Molten Chocolate Cake. <br /> <br />I also discovered quite by accident that the fudge can be stirred into the cake if you want more of a chocolate/fudge mixture. The cake comes out of the microwave about the same, but it seems to have a more consistent chocolate/fudge combined taste (depending on your taste buds of course). <br /> <br />If you have a large family, you may want to hide the case in the closet with the cleaning supplies or risk not having any left for your next craving. Reader Reviews THIS CAKE IS GREAT FOR A LATE NIGHT SNACK. I ADD A LITTLE MORE WATER----I USE 1/4 CUP. I ALSO DON'T COOK FOR LONGER THAN 1 MINUTE.....BUT ALL MICROWAVE OVENS ARE DIFFERENT. ONE TIP IS TO LAY THE FUDGE PACKET UNDER HOT RUNNING WATER WHILE YOU ARE MIXING THE CAKE. IT THEN SQUEEZES OUT MUCH EASIER. |
