When we first started making it, we had an old inexpensive bundt pan; and, like the other reviewers, we thought the coffeecake was tasty, but a little dry. After making it in a new higher quality bundt pan that we received for Christmas, the outcome improved 100%. I guess it's true what they say about having the right "tool" for the job. I have also noticed that I get a better result when I reduce the cooking time slightly on all of the Barefoot Contessa mixes. We'll keep buying this as long as they offer it. |
