Hodgson Mill Caraway Rye Bread Mix, 16-Ounce Units (Pack of 6) i moved to ohio and couldn't get a descent loaf of rye bread this is perfect. i don't own a bread machine but its easy enough to make with out one i don't even use a mixer. i put everthing i a bowl and mix with my hands. i do put oil on my hands so that it doesnt stick to me. i need it a few minutes and it's ready to rise. i have also made it where i didnt let it rise i put it into a baking pan spread it out so that its about 2 inchs high made indentations with my fingers sprinkled the top with herbs and you have a wonderful flat bread or foccica Reader Reviews This product was a surprise as I have finally found a delightful,tasty, full body caraway rye that cooked up so easily in my bread machine.It is a must have on my list now! |
