It contains: 2 Classic Rice (White Bread) Loaves, 1 Cinnamon Swirl Bread Loaf, 1 package (2 cookies) Chocolate Chip Cookies, and 1 package (2 cookies) Snickerdoodle Cookies. All of the gluten-free breads contain rice flour, arrowroot starch, potato starch, water, powdered milk, eggs, butter, granulated and brown sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, and starch. The cookies have rice flour, potato and arrowroot starch, butter, eggs, granulated and/or brown sugar, baking soda and/or baking powder, xanthan gum, pure vanilla, and salt. Variations may include cream of tartar, chocolate chips, M&M's, raisins, canola oil, or cinnamon. NOTE: Gluten Free products are baked on Sundays and shipped on Mondays.
