Each tablet sweetens like one teaspoon of sugar. The product is available in a dispenser containing 125 tablets. Reader Reviews I bought these tablets because the Equal tablets were no longer available at my local store. The price looked reasonable and I saw it is the same type of non sugar sweetening ingredient. However when I first opened the package, I found powder from the tablets inside the packaging on the outside of the dispenser. When I started to use the tablets, they did sweeten my drinks almost as well as Equal, but they left a powdery residue in the bootom of my glass; in other words these tablets do not completely dissolve (even in hot beverages). On top of that, the dispenser doesn't work as easily as the Equal tablet dispenser. All in all, these tablets sort of work, but not my first choice for sweetening hot beverages. They motivated me to find another source for the real Equal Tablets (on the Equal web site). |
