It is great when made just as directed, or used in other ways. I like brushing the crust with egg yolk to get a rich brown color (0ften missing with most GF breads). I have also used a tsp. of turbanado sugar in the water to proof the yeast and it makes a completely different sandwich or dinner bread. |
