Southern Smokehouse Ham 13-15 lbs. This is our blue label and most popular country cured ham. It's so mouth watering that one bite demands another. And according to many who have had it, it is the finest eating there is. It has been sugar cured and aged for four to six months and slowly smoked with hickory to a golden brown. It has that characteristic and delicious country flavor but it is milder than our Attic Aged Hams. You can fry it, bake it, or boil it. You can eat it for breakfast, in sandwiches for lunch or supper. A complimentary container of skillet seasoning is included. |
