Southern Smokehouse Half Ham 7-8 lbs. Now you can enjoy our Southern Smokehouse Ham a little at a time for a long time. Your ham will be sliced for you and vacuum sealed in convenient packages. The center slices will be packaged just two slices per package. You can eat your ham as you want, and remain assured that the last slice will be just as good as the first. A complimentary container of our very own Country Skillet Seasoning is included to fry your steaks in to bring out that delicious country flavor. If a whole ham is too much at one time, you can enjoy our Southern Smokehouse Half Ham. The whole ham is separated into two stacks as it is sliced to make an even half ham. Every other slice is laid on alternating stacks. No shank or butt half ham, but a true half ham. Each half is then vacuum sealed in conveniently sized packages. Centers are vacuum sealed one slice per package. End slices will be vacuum sealed with three or more slices per package. Same delicious tasting ham as the whole ham.
