City Ham Spiral Sliced 12 to 14 lbs. This ham has that sweet, moist flavor, with a gentle hickory smoked accent. We have removed all of the bone except the round bone through the middle of the ham. (It was left in for that added flavor as it was slowly cooked in the smokehouse.) It is available unsliced whole or conveniently spiral sliced - half or whole. This fully cooked, spiral sliced ham will make your next ham dinner a cinch. Our Honey Glaze is included with each whole or half ham. Whole spiral sliced hams are cut and vacuumed in halves. |
