They came and both jars seals were broken and clam base was all over inside the box. I sent a message telling them about it and asked if I could get 2 more. No email was sent back but 2 more jars, packed just like the 1st package, was received and the same thing, both seals were broke and clam base all over. I sent another message. No response. Another message sent asking for a written answer and I asked the to maybe "double box" it as they were getting beat up during shipping. I have received no email, no product and no refund. I would like a full refund for my attempted purchase. |
