It's not: at least not the restaurants I've had she-crab soup. It is simply crab soup in a can, and not very good crab soup at that. Reader Reviews If there's crab in the can it is unknown to my spoon. There is fish stock, but to my palate (& I used to be a food reviewer for a San Francisco newspaper) it is, way too fishy, even after adding milk and stock. No potatoes either. A dissapointment. |
