Bone Suckin' Sauce Rib Rub 3 - 6.2 oz. Jars You will wonder how you ever lived without it! Great on ribs (pork or beef), chicken, seafood, venison, beans, pasta, vegetables, steak, BBQ, & marinating just about everything. All Natural, Fat Free, Gluten Free & Certified Kosher / Pareve. Dry Ribs: Coat both sides of ribs evenly. Cover and let marinate 4-8 hours in refrigerator. Cook ribs in covered dish in oven at 275° for 2 1/2 hours. Uncover, coat top of ribs with additional rub, and let cook 1 more hour. Wet Ribs: After uncovering ribs in dish, coat with favorite flavor of Bone Suckin' Sauce for last hour of cooking. On Grill: Same as above, but wrap in foil for first 2 1/2 hours and open foil during last hour Reader Reviews Ok, sure, if you're a barbecue purist you are going to make your own rub from scratch. But if you're lazy like me and looking for the easy but good way out, this is it. Haven't found a meat yet that this doesn't taste great on - chicken, pork, beef, cat - it's all good. Yes, I'm kidding about the cat. This is a great all purpose rub, and will save you the time of making your own for almost anything you are going to barbecue. |
