Bonito del Norte Pate This light pate is made of Bonito del Norte tuna from the cold seas north of Spain. Each tuna is harvested with rod and line by hand, preserving the choice fatty meat of this special fish. After poaching in sea water, this tender white tuna is blended with bell peppers and spices to create a spreadable, flavorful pate.
