Cranberry Sauce with Port <p>The Tracklement Company derives its name from the word Tracklement which is believed to have originated in Lincolnshire and used to describe accompaniments to the main part of a meal. Their products have won many awards over the years and today their range includes mustards, relishes, chutneys, sauces, jellies, ketchups, pickles and vinaigrettes.</p><p>All of the Tracklement products have a common factorthey are hand made in small batches without artificial colorings or preservatives.</p><P>Cranberry Sauce with Port is a traditional tracklement for turkey and is given extra savour and intensity by a liberal measure of good port. We also like it as an accompaniment for ham or pork. This sauce may also be added to pan juices to make a superb gravy.</p><p>Each jar of Cranberry Sauce with Port contains 9oz. (250g).</p> |
